Certain Foxglove Studio panels must receive messages that adhere to a specific type to display them correctly.

Some panels, like the Raw Messages and Plot panels, are able to display data of any type from any topic. Other panels, like the Map and 3D panels, require the data source to provide messages that conform to a known name and schema.

If you are using a custom framework, you can still benefit from these panels by producing messages which conform to specific schemas and datatypes. Your messages can build on the schemas described in the Studio messages.
